1. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments through debit and credit cards. Customers can also opt for Cash on Delivery (COD).
Once you place an order on our website, you will receive a confirmation via SMS, email, or a phone call from our team, including your order details and order number.
Yes, all transactions are processed through a secure payment gateway to ensure your information remains protected.

Unstitched items are dispatched within 3-5 days and usually arrive within 2-5 days, depending on your location within or outside Pakistan.

Stitched items require additional processing time, which is specified on their respective product pages.

Yes, you can cancel your order by reaching out to us via phone, WhatsApp, or our official social media channels. However, cancellations are only possible if the order has not yet been processed.

If you need to make changes to your order, please contact our team via phone or social media. Modifications depend on the type of order and how much time has passed since it was placed. Some orders may not be eligible for changes.
Slight variations in color may occur due to lighting during photography or display settings on your device. Refunds and exchanges are not available for this reason.

At KAANTHAA, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you wish to exchange or return an item, our customer service team is available to guide you through the process.

For Domestic Orders

Eligibility:

Items can be exchanged or refunded only if they are received in a damaged condition, incorrect size, or if the wrong product is delivered. Claims must be made within 3 working days from the delivery date.

The product must be unused, unwashed, with all tags intact, and in its original packaging. Differences in color due to photography or screen settings do not qualify for a return. Any additional embellishments shown in promotional images will not be included unless stated in the product description.

Notify our team within 3 working days and share your order number and tracking details via phone or WhatsApp. The return must be shipped via one of our approved courier services, and shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

Policies

Refund Policy:
  • Refunds are provided in the form of a one-time-use coupon. If your return is approved, you will receive a coupon within 10 working days, which can be redeemed on a future purchase.
  • If the order was paid via credit/debit card, and qualifies for a refund, the amount will be credited back to the same card. Processing takes approximately 5 working days, plus any additional time required by the bank.

For International Orders

Eligibility:

Exchanges and refunds are only applicable if the item is received in a damaged condition, incorrect size, or the wrong product is delivered. Requests must be made within 3 working days.

Items must be unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging. Slight variations in color due to photography or screen settings are not valid reasons for return. Any additional fabric or embellishments shown in promotional images will not be included unless specified on the product page.

Notify our team within 3 working days and provide:

    1. Your order number
    2. Images showing the issue with the product KAANTHAA reserves the right to deny a refund if the required details are not provided.

Important Notes:
  • Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be modified or canceled.
  • If a customer refuses to accept a delivered order, KAANTHAA will not issue a refund or compensation.
  • If a parcel is held by customs in the destination country, the customer is responsible for providing the necessary documentation. KAANTHAA will not issue a refund if the package is not cleared.
  • Orders canceled before dispatch may qualify for a refund to the original payment method.
