Refund Policy:

If the order was paid via credit/debit card, and qualifies for a refund, the amount will be credited back to the same card. Processing takes approximately 5 working days, plus any additional time required by the bank.

Refunds are provided in the form of a one-time-use coupon. If your return is approved, you will receive a coupon within 10 working days, which can be redeemed on a future purchase.

For International Orders

Eligibility:

Exchanges and refunds are only applicable if the item is received in a damaged condition, incorrect size, or the wrong product is delivered. Requests must be made within 3 working days.

Conditions:

Items must be unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging. Slight variations in color due to photography or screen settings are not valid reasons for return. Any additional fabric or embellishments shown in promotional images will not be included unless specified on the product page.
